Our clients understand the interface between internal and external systems and reporting. A necessary element is how the reporting to senior management is consistent for internal reporting and external reporting.
As part of the Scope, COR Assure works to align systems and reporting for whole of service reporting and work to consistent reporting for other disciplines (eg: food safety).
INTERFACE Solutions
COR Assure can operate under a Bring Your Own (BYO) Management System, Nominated Third Party (NTP) Management Systems or under Agreed Assessment Methodology (AAM). We support and strengthen the internal systems of our clients to enable integration with COR Assure solutions.
COR Assure works with internal audit or quality under BYO, NTP or AAM. This applies to both parties in a co-operative context to assist in illiciting gaps between the nominated:
- standard (ISO, jurisdiction based standard, industry standard)
- hazards, risks and controls
- compliance obligations
- organisational standards
- organisational or client specifications
