Description
The CoR Gap Assessment Audit assists parties in the supply chain to identify, assess and manage risks and obligations within the supply chain. Through a series of practical questions, the tool enables you to examine your business practices and system controls against known risks and recognised best practice. There are a number of activity, industry and sector wide Codes of Practice that establish a standard of behaviour and approach to business. These Codes cover operational activities, systems, compliance and governance as a positive strategy for eliminating the main CoR and OHS risk from the business and reducing the likelihood and severity of a CoR/OHS incident occurring. A comprehensive audit and review and assessment by CoR Australia is conducted on site by our industry experts and includes:
- Review your transport providers and other Supply Chain Partners to assess their Chain of Responsibility compliance levels
- Assess supply chain stress points and blockages
- Review your internal documentation and arrangement with supply chain partners to assess them against your actual business operations
- Review of your internal policies and procedures
- Summary of your current level of Chain of Responsibility compliance
- Identification of the actions required to resolve any Chain of Responsibility compliance issues
